OKAY- we’ve made it through rush hour. I’ll hold for applause…
Now I can write a real blog with feelings inside. LOL
So this one has been on my mind for a few days now. I went to take a celebratory lunch at Subway on my way home from work. (And by celebratory I mean “I made it through the day” sub!)
I pull into a parking space and there is this woman standing on the sidewalk almost…waiting for me. I could tell by the way she looked at me anticipating-ly that this wasn’t going to be good. I had barely put the car in park and she’s at my window saying something- however- my window was closed so I really couldn’t understand her at all. I mouth “I can’t hear you”. Grab my stuff, turn off the car and open the door.
“Spare some money for the homeless, baby girl?”

SO! Still dealt with the stomach aches yesterday but I am happy to report we are all feeling MUCH better today so everyone rejoice! I actually was also able to go to dinner with the Captain last night- he was driving back from Atlanta (yeah- he was stranded there in the “snow storm”) and swung by for dinner. We didn’t actually get to the restaurant until around 9pm soooo this lady is tired today fo’ sho.
Can we take a second and talk about THIS?
What is HAPPENING to our society? I feel like…no matter how hard I try…no matter how much I try and stop the terror of things like the Charmin bears from crapping up our airwaves..it just keeps getting worse. Have you seen this????
